A late starter.

 

Hi, thank you for visiting my website.

 

A brief bit of background information about me. I was born, schooled, attended Art College and currently still reside in Newport, South Wales. I have always loved to draw and to paint, with varying degrees of success. I graduated from the University of Wales Newport in 1997 with a 2:1 Ba (hons) in fine art and illustration. After graduating I initially sought out illustrative commissions, but, for one reason or another never quite made it. So, have been paying the bills one way or another ever since.

​However, no violin soundtracked, sob storties from me, I have never lost my love for art and I have continued to draw and paint over the years, and now I'm trying to bring this altogether in this website, and hopefully I will continue to be creative and produce more varied and exciting work, and maybe a commission or two along the way.

 

I'm a bit of a scribbler and will happily admit that I have a slightly twisted sense of humour. So, if you fancy a bit of light-hearted fun or a few obscure oddities, check out the 'Fun Scribbles' tab.

 

I hope that you like some of my pictures, and if not, well...at least I tried.
